Potato and Mushroom Muffins

Ingredients for two servings:

  • 20 grams of Onion
  • 1/2 Garlic clove
  • 40 grams of Mushrooms
  • 25 grams of Wheat flour
  • 1 spoonful of Olive Oil
  • 90 millilitres of Water
  • 1 Egg
  • 60 grams of Potato
  • 3 scoops of Blemil Plus
  • 5 level tablespoonfuls (25 g) of Blevit Plus


  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Chop up the onion, garlic and mushrooms.
  3. Gently fry the onion for a few minutes and then add the garlic, followed by the mushrooms.
  4. For the purée: boil the potato for 10 minutes and mash with a fork. Pour the hot water, scoops of Blemil Plus and the Blevit Plus into a bowl. Season with the garlic powder and mix well.
  5. Add the mushroom mixture to the purée.
  6. Pour the mixture into a cupcake mould.
  7. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.

Cooking tip

It is important to mash the potato with a fork rather than a blender to get the best possible result.
This recipe can be made with different varieties of Blevit cereals.
