Crunchy fish fingers

Ingredients for one serving:

  • 60 grams of White Fish 
  • A pinch of dried Garlic powder
  • A pinch of Thyme
  • A pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 spoonful of Olive Oil
  • 1 Egg 
  • 6 level tablespoonfuls (30 g) of Blevit Plus 
  • 15 grams of roasted Cornflakes

Preparation

  1. Cut the fish into strips and season with thyme and pepper. 
  2. Whisk the egg in a dish.
  3. Put the Blevit Plus in one dish and the cornflakes in another one, crumbling them up a little with your hands.
  4. Dip the strips of fish in the Blevit Plus, then in the egg and finally roll them in the cornflakes. 
  5. Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil and fry until they are golden brown and crispy.

Recipe ideal for children aged 1 to 3 years.

Cooking tip

They can be made either in the frying pan or in the oven to provide a crisp and even finish.
This recipe can be made with different varieties of Blevit cereals.
