Chicken and vegetable stick

Ingredients for one serving:

  • 75 grams of Chicken
  • 55 grams of Carrot
  • 55 grams of Courgette
  • A pinch of dried Garlic powder
  • A pinch of Black Pepper
  • 4 level tablespoonfuls (20 g) of Blevit Plus Cereals


  1. Chop up the carrot, courgette and chicken into small pieces in the food chopper.
  2. Add the Blevit Plus Cereals to a bowl and mix until all the ingredients are well-blended.
  3. Choose a cling film that is suitable for high temperatures and cut the mixture into approximately page-sized rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the middle of the paper film and roll it up like a “sweet” or “sausage”. Knot both ends to seal the content
  5. Boil some water and cook the sticks for 3 minutes or until they change colour.
  6. Take them out of the water and allow them to cool.
  7. Remove the cling film and serve.

Cooking tip

It is important to use cling film that is suitable for high temperatures. Another option is to place small portions in moulds and steam.
They may be served lukewarm or at room temperature. Once ready, they can even be fried briefly to give them a crisp and golden brown look.
